Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyMarketBooth ("the Service"), operated by KenTech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Account and access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You log in using a one-time code sent to your email — there are no passwords.

Each account is associated with one Booth Link. You may not create accounts for others or use the Service to impersonate another person or business.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your Booth Link, including product descriptions, photos, and schedule information. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and serve that content as part of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that is otherwise harmful.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Sell illegal goods or services
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Infringe on another party's intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service

Billing and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if we have reason to believe your use of the Service is harmful. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your Booth Link will be taken offline.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
